At Axys, our CSR approach is designed to meet the systemic challenges of our time, making the firm a key player in theregenerative economy.
Our commitment to a responsible world is supported both internally by the CSR Committee and the Impact Committee, and externally by supporting the sustainable transformation of our clients.

Axys enters a new era with CEC Consulting
We have gradually become aware of the urgent need to take action in the face of systemic issues, both societal and climate change, and the social and societal challenges facing our future, against the backdrop of a fundamental question: ‘As a service company, how can we strengthen our role? How can we amplify our action and contribute to the ecological transition?
In 2022, Axys joined CEC Consulting ( Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat) alongside 40 consulting companies determined to rethink their business model in response to the challenges of our time
Our participation in CEC Consulting was an eye-opener for us For 10 months, the programme gave us the opportunity, not to know, but to understand. It also challenged us to think about the ability of a service company like ours to reconnect with the living world.
This journey has given rise to our roadmap to lead Axys towards the regenerative economy, which is based on four
redirection’ levers:
- Assessing and minimising the impact of our missions using the Eco Delivery approach
- Involving all our employees through a new approach to consultants, strengthening their overall commitment and their CSR skills
- Supporting our customers and employees in creating a dynamic of responsible transformation that is positive for our ecosystems
- Implementing new performance mechanisms geared towards respect for living beings, both human and non-human, with the new performance model

Implementing our CSR strategy: the role of the Committees
To ensure the success of our CEC roadmap, we have set up an Impact Committee responsible for defining the action plan, objectives and monitoring indicators needed to achieve the various objectives by 2030.
It is supported by the CSR Committee, which implements the firm’s CSR policy. Made up of employees of all grades and seniority, the committee mobilises the internal stakeholders essential to the success of our approach.
These two CSR committees ensure that Axys’ CSR strategy is properly implemented, while providing transparent communication on achievements and progress made.

A recognised CSR approach
Axys has obtained several labels and certifications that testify to our commitment and performance in terms of CSR:
Ecovadis : Médaille Gold
Since 2013, our commitment to social and environmental responsibility has been assessed through EcoVadis.
Nearly 85,000 companies are assessed each year. In 2024, we achieved an overall score of 77/100, i.e. the top 5% worldwide.
Our ambition? To win the Platinium medal in 2026 and be among the world’s top 1%.
Carbon footprint
In 2024, we joined forces with SAMI to carry out our carbon footprint up to 2027. For 2023, our carbon footprint amounted to 681tCO2e.
The choice of SAMI as our partner to carry out our carbon assessment ensures that our emissions have been measured in accordance with the Bilan Carbone® method.
Indeed, SAMI is currently one of the tools declared compliant with the Bilan Carbone® methodology by the Association Bas Carbone (ABC). This is a guarantee of transparency and rigour both in the measurement and in the establishment of an appropriate action plan.
Our commitment to CSR is also reflected in our active participation in
initiatives in line with our values:
Child protection : AVVEJ and Axys have signed a skills sponsorship agreement.
Civic service mission: Axys has been a partner of the ‘Rêve et Réalise’ programme since 2021, as well as a sponsor of the ‘Environnement Paris’ programme.
Global Compact: United Nations initiative to encourage companies to adopt sustainable policies.
Our employee commitment scheme :
Since 2020, Axys has had a partnership with Vendredi, the citizen solidarity platform. We enable all our consultants to commit up to 3 days a year of their working time (and more during their inter-contract period) to associations that are close to their hearts. Our employees are committed to entrepreneurship, professional integration, equal opportunities, social cohesion and the fight against poverty.
In 2024, Axys teamed up with Team Starter to enable our employees to propose, finance and carry out projects on CSR-related themes. Each employee is allocated a monthly budget of €5, representing a total budget of €15,000 per year, to finance projects that are close to their hearts. The project leaders can then implement the project, from start to finish, with the budget they have raised and the people who wish to contribute.
