Depending on the urgency, the resources available and the nature of the problem, we can adjust the depth of the study. A lighter approach may be preferred for quick decisions, while a detailed analysis will be proposed for complex or high-stakes projects.

Presenting guidelines from the
first few weeks
Provide analysis and recommendations from the first interviews and workshops, within 3 weeks of the project launch. At the end of our work, we ensure that we propose several prospective scenarios so that you can choose the most appropriate approach.
Continuous monitoring
Analysing the results obtained and adapting actions based on interim results and feedback from the customer. Axys also supports the customer after the diagnosis or study phase to ensure that recommendations are implemented correctly and to adjust actions if necessary.
