Understanding your business and your ecosystem in order to provide the most detailed response to your problem, and providing the greatest possible transparency on how AI works and the decision-making criteria (explicability), are generally your two criteria for acceptability and adoption. That’s why we place you at the heart of the system, and support you throughout the project to acculturate you and pass on the characteristics of your new AI companion.

In the same way as you write a prompt for an LLM, the qualification phase aims to specify: the result to be achieved (a prediction, scoring, classification…), the human techniques to achieve it, the form of the output (for explicability), the context and nature of the impact on the result, the role of AI in the process and the constraints.

This qualification phase is carried out in workshops.

On the basis of the qualification, our data scientists define the necessary data: the a priori relevant variables, the results observed in the past. These data are either present in your IT ecosystem, or sourced externally (e.g. socio-demographic data, macro-economic data…). Then comes the statistical part of building the corpus. We then seek to determine the relevance of variables through correlation analysis, and to give each variable a balanced weight.

Depending on the problem to be addressed, generally two or three algorithms may be relevant. We configure and test them. The results are then presented to you, enabling you to comment on the level of precision, the level of explicability, and so on. Based on your feedback, we select one of the models for optimization.

To guarantee the model’s long-term use, the processing must be fully automated: data collection, data quality, data enrichment, data formatting and algorithm triggering. We then rely on our data engineers or those of the customer to configure this pipeline.
