Integration process
You’ve just become an Axysian: welcome to our home!
From the moment you arrive and throughout your adventure at Axys, a whole team will be at your side to ensure your development: mentors, buddies, local managers, associates, HR and many others.
Joining Axys means becoming part of a group!
1. D-Day
You will be welcomed by the HR team, who will give you your induction kit and welcome pack. A short morning to explain everything you need to know about your new adventure in Aix-en-Provence!
2. Integration lunch
You’ll need to build up your strength for the afternoon ahead. You’ll share a convivial moment with our associates.
3. Team immersion
This is the time to meet your team and discover your new workspace (in our flex office!)
4. Integration seminar
A day dedicated to new arrivals, full of surprises in a setting other than Axys. The idea? To create links between the different teams, BU’s and subsidiaries.
5. Communication day
To create cohesion and get everyone together, twice a year we organise a communications day for all our staff, a team lunch and much more.
6. S’orienter
You will be lucky enough to have a godfather or godmother, who will be there to guide you and help you settle in during your first few months. He or she will be your Axysian ‘savant fou’ and will be able to answer all your questions.
A Buddy of the same rank will complete this striking duo to bring you a more operational vision of your environment and give you his feedback. He’ll also be delighted to have lunch or a coffee with you (tea or juice also works).
7. Integration follow-up
A number of programme exchanges to share ideas, special moments to tell each other everything, to move forward and grow together.
