Treatments used
Axys Consultants uses the Site to process several types of personal data. Each processing operation is carried out for a specific and legitimate purpose, using a dedicated form that asks you to provide personal information that is proportionate to each purpose:
- Reply to requests sent via the general contact form: title, surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, department, function, reason for request.
- Take into account registration for an event or webinar: last name, first name, e-mail, company, etc.
- Send a thematic publication (White Paper, etc.): title, surname, first name, e-mail address, company name
- Open and manage an Alumni account: last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, photo, LinkedIn account, company, position, dates of employment with Axys, professional interests, additional personal information (place of residence, personal comments).
- Examine and respond to applications: first and last name, e-mail, telephone, co-optation (identity of the person co-opting you), CV, cover letter, social network accounts.
Legal basis for processing
Each of our personal data processing operations has an authorized legal basis.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in following up on your request, for the following processing operations:
- Management of requests sent via the contact form
- Event and webinar registration management
- White papers and thematic publications
- Alumni account management
- Managing the applications we receive
Data recipients
Your personal data is accessible to Axys Consultants personnel, specifically authorized according to the purposes of each processing operation.
